In the context of increasingly expanding and complex trade and investment activities, the demand for effective, transparent, and reliable dispute resolution mechanisms has become more pressing than ever. Deepening economic integration not only increases the volume of cross-border transactions but also calls for the continuous refinement of the legal framework, as well as the enhancement of the quality and practical effectiveness of dispute resolution methods in line with modern business realities. Against this backdrop, the establishment of a specialized, multidimensional, and well-connected forum to promote dialogue, share experiences, and strengthen cooperation in arbitration, mediation, and other ADR mechanisms has become particularly essential.

In this spirit, Vietnam ADR Week 2026 (VAW 2026) is organized as a series of professional and networking events by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Lawyers' Association, with theme “Arbitration & ADR: Embreacing new heights”
