The Opening Ceremony of Vietnam ADR Week 2026 (VAW 2026) will mark the official commencement of the Week’s series of professional activities. Under the theme “Arbitration & ADR: Embracing New Heights,” VAW 2026 aims to promote dialogue, professional exchange, and cooperation among key stakeholders in arbitration, mediation, and other ADR mechanisms, while contributing to the development of a more modern, effective, and internationally aligned dispute resolution landscape in Vietnam. As part of the Opening Ceremony of VAW 2026, VIAC will officially launch the VIAC Arbitration Rules 2026. In this context, the event not only marks the beginning of a series of professional activities under VAW 2026, but also represents a significant milestone in VIAC’s ongoing efforts to refine its arbitral procedures in a more modern, efficient, and user-oriented manner.
