The Vietnam ADR Week 2026 (VAW 2026), themed “Arbitration & ADR: Embracing New Heights”, is organized as a series of professional and networking events by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Lawyers' Association. The event will be held from 25 to 29 May 2026 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together state authorities, arbitration and mediation institutions, the legal community, businesses, experts, and both domestic and international partners. With an expanded scope in terms of content, format, and connectivity, VAW 2026 is expected to continue serving as a meaningful platform for exchange and cooperation among ADR stakeholders in Vietnam and between Vietnam and the international community.

Through its series of activities, VAW 2026 aims to promote the professional and sustainable development of the ADR system in Vietnam, while enhancing the quality, efficiency, and transparency of dispute resolution in the context of international economic integration. In the longer term, the event aspires to contribute to positioning Vietnam as a reliable destination for commercial and investment dispute resolution in the region and beyond. More than a series of professional events, VAW 2026 marks an important milestone in the development of Vietnam’s dispute resolution ecosystem toward modernization, integration, and alignment with international standards.
